2 bedroom town homes rent for 820. and are 840 sq ft.  3 bedroom town homes rent for $910. and are 972 sq ft.  The security deposit is one month's rent, and is refundable.  There is a $25 non-refundable application fee per adult.

We are pet friendly, allowing small dogs or cats.  Pets must be under 20 pounds, appropriately licensed and vetted. There is a $300 pet deposit, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
